I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, so close to the commercial area and just a short distance from the airport. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view. the bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the internet and TV.
I did notice a bit of traffic noise, but it was not too bothersome.

the hotel's location was convenient, with tuk tuks easily available for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel's staff was very friendly and willing to help with any requests we had.
Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the noise from the street outside was quite loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.

Had a great Christmas experience at the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and professional. The hotel offered tasty food in the restaurant, although the service was a bit slow. The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean and worth the charges. The internet and TV services were also good.
The restaurant service could have been quicker, especially during the Christmas party. The breakfast service was not very professional and they were too intrusive in checking whether it should be charged or not.

We were really surprised by the hotel for various reasons. The lobby is very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was modern, bright, and clean with all the amenities. The shower was great with plenty of hot water for all the family. The hotel is very near the airport, so it was convenient for our travel plans.
Nothing that we didn't like.
